of CES
CES, an Exchange Participant of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited
and licenced under the Securities and Futures Ordinance, is a wholly-owned
subsidiary of China Everbright Limited ("CEL"), a listed company
on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The controlling shareholder of CEL
is China Everbright Holdings Company Limited, which is a company under
the direct supervision of the State Council of the PRC.

History of CES
The history of CES dated back to early 1991. CES is a registered
owner of three Exchange Trading Rights. CES had undergone internal
re-organisation in 1999 and is now professionally and prudently run.
The Managing Director of CES, Chan Kam Hop, has been working in the
financial field for twenty years of which he held managerial positions
over a period of ten years. He has considerable experience in back
office and front office management, marketing and strategic planning.
Backed by a pool of financial professionals, CES has become a full-fledged
financial institution which provides a variety of local and global
investment products to clients.
